Karaoke Builder Studio - System Requirements

Hardware
Although our software has certain minimum requirements, the 'entry level' is quite low, and most people will already have the following:

Operating System Windows 95, 98, ME, NT 4.0, 2000, XP

Processor Pentium II-333 Mhz or AMD equivalent (as always, the faster the better)

Graphics Card Any 16, 24 or 32-bit graphics card (i.e. greater than 256 colours)

CD-R/W Burner The Compatible CD+G Burners page explains how to find out if your drive can burn CD+G discs

Software
You may already have one or more of the following. Nero or CDRWIN: using one of these is essential for reading/writing CD+G discs, but the Graphics and Audio software shown here are optional:

CD Burning Nero or CDRWIN - Needed for reading/writing CD+G discs.

Graphics For creating slideshows use your favourite graphics software.
Recommended: Paint Shop Pro, PhotoImpact and Adobe Photoshop.

Audio If you want to modify your audio files you'll need a good audio editor.
Recommended: Cool Edit 2000, Goldwave and Sound Forge

Visual Basic Run-Time If the software will install but won't run you will need the Visual Basic 6.0 Run-Time Redistribution Pack. Windows XP users will usually not need to install this.
