Useful Software
Power CD+G Burner	The software we recommend for burning CD+G discs is Power CD+G Burner. Power CD+G Burner is simply the easiest and best solution, compatible with more CD burners and compatible with all files created by Karaoke Builder Studio. Karaoke Builder Studio plus Power CD+G Burner are together the tools of choice for Karaoke CD+G creation.
Nero	General purpose CD burning software, which can be used to burn CD+G tracks created with Karaoke Builder Software since introduction of our easy to use Cue File Creator. If you have a CD burner you may already have Nero - most drives include it for free.
CDRWIN	CD burning software, particularly useful for burning CD+G discs. Before the introduction of Power CD+G Burner, CDRWIN was the most widely used software for burning CD+G discs. Note: CDRWIN 5.0 is not the same product - it is totally different software from a totally different company. Please only use the Goldenhawk software when burning CD+G files. Please read this for more information.
CloneCD	CD burning software which can burn CD+G discs in burners that Nero and CDRWIN are unable to use. You will need the 'CUE to CCD Convertor' to do this (see below).
CUE to CCD Converter	Karaoke Builder Studio can create CUE files for burning to CD+G discs with Nero. However, even Nero does not support some drives. CloneCD supports more 'incompatible' drives, and the CUE to CCD Convertor allows you to create the CCD files necessary to use CloneCD.
Audiograbber	A CD 'ripper' with a difference - this one will grab CD+G tracks, including their graphics, and it's totally free. MP3+G, CDG and BIN files can all be copied directly from a CD+G disc.
MP3+G Toolz	Convert files to/from all the karaoke formats: MP3+G, CDG and BIN files.
Ogg Vorbis Support	Ogg Vorbis is an audio format giving better audio quality than MP3. Download and install this setup program and you'll be able to use Ogg Vorbis (.ogg) files with Karaoke Builder Studio, and also play them with Windows Media Player.
YoGen Vocal Remover	Remove vocals from audio files - ideal for use in karaoke.
VirtualDub	The best AVI video software by far for capturing, encoding, and extracting audio from video files. Example: extract the audio from AVI or MPEG files, sync with lyrics in Karaoke Builder Studio, create a lyrics video, overlay it onto the original video (with Adobe Premiere for example), and create a new karaoke AVI! Then use TMPGEnc to create an MPEG file - create a VCD or even a DVD track!
TMPGEnc	Convert AVI files to MPEG - together with Karaoke Builder Studio's AVI Video creation features you can now create Video CD karaoke files, which you can burn onto CD and play on most DVD players!
Virtual Sound Canvas	Convert MIDI files to WAV. VSC gives amazing quality from MIDI files - they will sound far, far better than when you play them in Media Player, and once converted to WAV you will be able to add lyrics in Karaoke Builder Studio and create your own CD+G karaoke tracks.
